These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access and use of the mobile applications provided by CAST TV LTD ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using our home security camera app ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Use of the App
You may use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes and in compliance with these Terms.
You agree not to:
- Use the App in any manner that violates applicable laws or infringes on the rights of others
- Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the App's functionality or any connected devices
- Interfere with the integrity or performance of networks, routers, or Bluetooth devices connected through the App
- Access or monitor video feeds that you do not have authorization for
2. Subscriptions & Purchases
Some features may require a paid subscription or one-time purchase.
- Payments are charged to your Apple ID upon confirmation.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- You may manage or cancel your subscription anytime via your App Store account settings.
- If offered, free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled in time.
- Refunds are handled exclusively through Apple Support.
3. Device Access & Permissions
To provide full functionality, the App may request access to:
- IP Cameras: For detection, organization, and configuration of supported cameras.
- Wi-Fi Network Devices: To scan, display, and monitor devices connected to your router.
- Bluetooth Devices: To identify nearby smart devices and accessories.
- Location: Required by the OS to enable Bluetooth/Wi-Fi scanning.
This data is processed locally on your device and not transmitted to our servers unless explicitly disclosed and consented to. You are responsible for ensuring you have lawful access to any devices you scan or connect to.
4. Privacy
Use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, process, and protect your data.
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property (e.g., UI, software, icons, instructional content) in the App is owned or licensed by us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the App without our written permission.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, especially in cases of:
- Violation of these Terms
- Unauthorized attempts to access or control devices
- Interference with app or network security
7. Disclaimers
- The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, device compatibility, or security of your networks.
- You use the App at your own risk, and we are not liable for issues resulting from device misconfiguration, loss of connectivity, or third-party hardware failure.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:
- Unauthorized access to cameras or devices
- Network or hardware disruption
- Loss of video feeds or monitoring capability
9. Children's Use
If you believe a child has accessed the App without permission, please contact us to request data deletion.
10. Updates & Changes
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are published means you accept the revised Terms.
11. Requesting a Refund on the App Store
If you've purchased an app or in-app item by mistake, or if something isn't working as expected, you can request a refund directly from Apple. Refunds are handled by Apple's App Store team, not by the app developer.
Refund Review Process
- Apple's App Store team will review your request and may contact you for more details.
- Refund approval and processing times vary depending on your payment method and country or region.
- Once approved, you'll receive the refund through the same payment method you used for the purchase.
Important Notes
- Developers cannot directly issue or manage refunds.
- If your purchase was made through another platform (e.g., website or third-party store), please contact that platform's support instead.
- Refund eligibility is determined solely by Apple.
